What is Google Apps at Chemeketa?
Google Apps at Chemeketa provides a campus gateway to Google’s online services, allowing you to take advantage of Google’s email, productivity, and collaboration tools while maintaining your @my.chemeketa.edu or @cp.chemeketa.edu email address.
What if I already have Gmail?
A new Google based account will be created for you by Chemeketa's IT department. This will not affect your personal Gmail account in any way.
How does it work?
You will use your Chemeketa password to log into Google’s web-based applications through the Chemeketa gateway. You will use a separate Google password to access your new Gmail account through a mobile device or an email program like Outlook. Once you have activated your Google Apps at Chemeketa account, you will be able to select which of Google’s services you wish to use.
